Here are the steps to follow to make your return:
- Go to the website: https://send.royalmail.com/send/youritem
- In the "Where's your item going?" drop-down menu, select "France - Mainland"
- Define the characteristics of your parcel according to the number of items to be returned (count 1kg per pair of shoes)
- Among the different shipping solutions, choose the one that suits you
- In the "Where's your package going?" box, enter the details shown below
- In the "What does your package contain?" box, enter the information concerning your return
- Click on the "Continue" button
- In the box "Where are you sending it from?" enter your personal details
- Check the "Show this address on the label" box
- Validate the form and check out.
🚨 VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
- ORDER NUMBER IS MANDATORY:
Any return that does NOT contain the invoice or order number inside the package cannot be processed. - DO NOT USE PICKUP POINT
Any returns made to a Pickup Point, Locker, or any other type of drop-off location cannot be processed.

ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE :
- Print your return label (printable at home or at the post office, on self-service machines or at the counter);
- Print the invoice corresponding to your order (downloadable here);
- If you are unable to print your invoice, please fill in your order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with your parcel;
- Pack the goods you are returning in their original packaging. If necessary, in packaging suitable for transport;
- Place the invoice inside the parcel and attach the return label securely to the outside of the parcel; keep the tracking number;
- Depending on the shipping option you choose, you can either drop off your package at a collection point or have it picked up from your personal mailbox.
AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS BY OUR SERVICES:
- If it is a return, we will refund you via the original payment method within 5 working days, you will be notified by e-mail;
- If it is an exchange, a new package will be sent to you within 5 working days, you will be notified by e-mail.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES :
- Please keep your tracking number.
- Returned goods cannot be accepted if they have been used or damaged.
- A returned package without the order number (invoice or plain paper) will be automatically refused.
